As a mom to 2 girls and 2 dogs, I don’t usually work 9-5. I’m up early texting with crews of what’s going on that day, get kids on the bus, work and tbh play tennis as it’s my mental break. I end up working nights while driving kids around and I do a fair share of weekend work. Above has nothing to do with this gorgeous bedroom we did other than I would have hard time getting out of that bed.

Why is the contractor a no-show?

I know, I know these post fire photos are not a fair before pics but that doesn’t lessen the tremendous amount of work that went in to get this house fixed up. I don’t like doing any repair work such as this, it’s psychologically hard on clients and sometimes in me. I was talking to the architect and realized I had stepped on burnt baby toys. 🥲 No one got hurt!We completed structural changes, all new electrical and plumbing to bring the house up to code and obviously the aesthetics. As exhausting as it was, it was so incredibly rewarding to hand they keys over on time and on budget to this family and tell them I made this nightmare go away.
